- Dear Professional letter from Honoree (after the foreword)
- Chapter 1: Writing a Book is the Best Thing You Can Do For Your Business
- Chapter 2: Who Must Write a Book?
- Chapter 3: Why Write a Book?
Write out your answers to the following questions. Don’t worry if you don’t know all the answers right now – do the reading and do your best to answer these questions, then we will discuss them in class:
- What type of book do you want to write?
Examples: Family history, cookbook, short story, children’s book, homeschool, any subject that interests you. - Why do you want to write this book?
- If you are writing a non-fiction book, what action do you want your readers to take? Hire you? Go to your website? Buy something from you?
- Fill in the blanks:
I am writing a book for [Audience] about how they [problems they have and how to solve them}.
